Garlic (1-2 large cloves, minced).5. Olive or vegetable oil (1/4 cup).6. 1 16-ounce can of tomatoes.7. Tomato juice (2 cups).8. Dry white wine (1/3 cup - if you prefer not to use wine, you can substitute water).9. 3/4 teaspoon salt.10. 3/4 teaspoon crushed basil.11. A dash of hot sauce (you can add more if you prefer spicier foods).





Once you have all the necessary ingredients, the rest of the process is quite easy, even for people with little to no prior experience in the kitchen. Start by cutting your cod fillets into big pieces. After cutting up your onion, zucchini, and garlic, sautee them together in your oil until the onions are soft and a bit transparent and the garlic is slightly browned.
